The Sole Bath – A salt water bath In contrast to a typical bath in which moisture is extracted from the skin, a sole bath allows salt to be restored in the epidermis of the skin and binds water. The Sole Bath and the Full Moon A sole bath is at its most optimum during the various phases of the moon.

How to Prepare a Sole Bath Pour a half a pound of the crystal bath salt into the bathtub, then add just enough water to completely submerge the salt. Wait a half hour for the salt to dissolve completely. Then fill the tub with warm water.
Ideally the bath water should be 98.6 degrees or normal body temperature. At this point, the temperature and mineral content of the sole is comparable to amniotic fluid.
You should take a 15-30 minute sole bath.
You should rest for 30 minutes after a sole bath.

Science and Function: Our fragrances are designed for exceptional throw. Our diffuser fragrances are alcohol free to help prolong the life of the diffuser and to throw the fragrance better.
Our reeds are 15” long and carefully chosen to achieve uniformity and maximum porosity. We also use 15 reeds which is 30% more reed than the leading competitor. With a combination of our design and function we have the most exposed reed that we are aware of. We have thus created the largest amount of exposed reed which results in overall better throw of the fragrance.
